摘要
以某款变速箱为分析对象,基于牛顿力学建立了变速箱传动效率理论分析模型。在试验数据的基础上,利用最小二乘原理对理论模型进行了拟合修正,并对比了修正前后模型的精度。在修正的模型基础上,利用方差分析确定了结构参数对传动效率影响程度,并基于遗传算法优化了结构参数,使变速箱传动效率得到了提高。
Take some model transmission as analysis object,set up theoretical analysis model of transmission efficiency based on Newton's mechanics.On the basis of experiment data,using least square principle to do fitting correction for theoretical model,and compare the before and after correction of model accuracy.On the basis of correction,using variance analysis to determine the structure parameter influence for transmission efficiency,optimize the structure parameter based on genetic algorithm,improves the transmission efficiency.
