摘要
针对波形梁钢护栏板冷弯成型机组在运行过程中轧辊传动轴突然发生断裂失效问题,对传动轴宏观断口形貌、成型辊道次、成型弯曲角度分配以及成型过程进行有限元模拟研究,分析了轧辊传动轴断裂的原因。结果表明,成型辊道次和成型弯曲角度分配设计合理,轧辊传动轴断裂属于应力过载失效。断裂部位位于轧辊传动轴∅60 mm与∅65 mm轴台阶过渡圆角根部,在强弯扭应力作用下发生断裂失效。针对以上结论,给出了相应的解决方案,减少了停机次数,提高了波形梁钢护栏板生产效率。
To tackle the trouble of sudden breaking of roller drive shaft in the process from cold bending to machine forming,discussion on corrugated beam steel guardrail plate,the macro-fracture morphology of the drive shaft,the pass times of the forming roller,the distribution of the forming bending angle and the finite element simulation of the forming process is conducted and reasons for the breaking is analyzed.The results show that the distribution of roll passes and bending angle is reasonable,but the fracture is due to stress overload failure.With the fracture position located at the root of the step transition fillet between∅60 mm and∅65 mm on the roller drive shaft,the breaking occurrs under the action of strong bending and torsion stress.For the above conclusions,the corresponding solutions are given to reduce the downtime and improve the production efficiency of corrugated beam steel guardrail plate.
