高等职业院校教师职业认同情况研究 被引量:7

摘要 高等职业院校教师对自身职业的认同感越强,其理解和执行学校以及国家职业教育政策的能力就越强,投入教学工作的精力会越多,教学工作的效能也会越高。掌握高职院校教师对自身职业的职业认同的基本情况,并把握其中的规律,将有助于政策制订者们有的放矢,在提升职业教育效率的同时,提升高等职业教育的社会认同。
