摘要
目的了解精神心理疾病患者的发病情况,为精神心理疾病的预防控制措施提供参考依据。方法采用前瞻性资料收集的方法,对2010年1月~2013年9月到我院心理科住院的精神疾病患者的性别、年龄、职业、婚姻状况、确定诊断等资料进行调查,并对结果统计分析。结果2010~2013年度精神疾病患者数分别为1396例、1617例、1793例、1567例,就诊患者呈逐年增多趋势,2010~2013年初次住院的精神疾病患者有6373例,高发年龄段为40~50岁;经检验精神疾病发病的年龄差异无统计学意义,民族分布差异有统计学意义。结论精神疾病的住院患者逐年增多,住院病人年龄呈现年轻化,中青年人群可能是防治的重点人群。
Objective Understand the incidence of psychological disorders in patients,to provide reference for prevention and control measures of psychological disorders. Methods The study adopts the prospective study method to collect data. And to investigate the patients that rreceived treatment in our hospital＇ s psychological department from January 2010 to September 2013. Collected the data,such as Gender,age,occupation,marital status,definite diagnosis,etc,and then Analysis of the results. Results From January 2010 to September 2013,the number of people with mental illness, respectively 1396 cases,1617 cases,1793 cases,1617 cases, It showed a trend of increase year by year. People with mental illness in early 2010- 2013 hospitalization has 6373 cases,the high incidence of ages 40 to 50 years old; the incidence of mental illness by testing the age difference was not statistically significant difference in the distribution of national statistics significance. Conclusion Psychiatric inpatients increasing year by year,patients getting younger and younger age,young people may be the prevention of focus groups.
