摘要
目的了解温州地区精神疾病的流行病学情况。方法采用初级单位含量分层,整群,随机的抽样方法及线索调查。以ICD-10,CCMD-3为诊断标准,以精神卫生筛选表,神经症筛选表社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)。老年痴呆量表为评定工具。结果各类精神疾病时点患病率为30.81‰, 终生患病率为34.50‰;,排前三位的是精神分裂症,酒依赖,心境障碍。结论精神分裂症仍是防治和研究的重点疾病,酒依赖,心境障碍的患病率升高。
Objective： To get the epidemiological information of mental disorers in Wenzhou area . Methods： Adoppting the elementary units content to divide layer , whole group , sample method and clue investigation. Unes ICD - 10 , CCMD - 3 , asdiagnostic criteria , uns Mental Health Screening Schedule , Neurosis Screening Schedule MMSE , SDSS , for evaluation tool . Results： The point prevalenue for mental disease is 30. 81‰; and life - time prevalence is 34.50‰; Schizophrenia , alcohol dependence and mood disorder rank the first three in their prevalence . Conclusion：Schizophrenia should still be the focus for disease prevention , treatment and research . The prevalence of mood disorder and alcohol dependence increase significantly.
