摘要
PPT战略是以贫困人口发展受益为目标的的旅游发展方式和途径。通过对武陵山片区的旅游资源基础、贫困人口现状、区域内外政策环境等因素分析,探讨了该区域实施PPT旅游战略的必要性和可行性,在此基础上,运用PPT相关理论,提出了武陵山片区实施PPT旅游发展战略的对策和措施。
PPT poor development strategy is aimed to benefit the development of ways and means of travel. Wuling Mountain Area through tourism resource base, poor situation, policy environment and other factors outside the region analyzed, discussed the necessity and feasibility of PPT tourism strategy in the region, on this basis, the use of PPT theory,proposed Wuling mountain Area Tourism development Strategy PPT implement policies and measures.
