摘要
海洋石油平台受波浪等激励影响,设备在线监测振动频谱中常伴随着复杂的频率,对设备状态监测与故障诊断造成一定的难度。由于设备振动频谱随机信号与周期脉冲的混叠,一般频谱分析方法难以辨识。倒频谱分析是一种提取频谱中周期成份的有效方法。笔者设计一种海洋石油设备在线监测诊断系统,并提供倒频谱分析工具。通过实验数据对比得出,倒频谱能够有效辨识海上石油特殊环境下的特征频谱。
The offshore oil platforms are influenced by waves of incentive, so that the vibration spectrum is accompanied with a complex frequency in the on-line monitoring system. It caused great difficulty for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. Due to the random vibration spectrum and periodic pulse signal aliasing, it is difficult to identify by general frequency spectrum analysis method. Cepstrum analysis is an effective method to extract the cycle's component in the spectrum. In this paper, online monitoring and diagnosis system of the ocean petroleum equipment is designed, which provides a tool for cepstrum analysis. Compared with experimental data, the cepstrum can effectively identify the characteristic spectrum under special circumstances of offshore oil.
