摘要
通过对滚动轴承振动的分析,阐述了在径向定载条件下圆柱滚子轴承接触振动与径向刚度变化之间的本质相关性,指出轴承的径向刚度随滚子的位置变化而发生改变。以圆柱滚子轴承NU306ECP为例,运用ANSYS软件建立单个滚子接触模型,并加载求解其在接触许用应力范围内随载荷增大时的径向形变量。运用Matlab软件编程进行多项式拟合,获得载荷与形变量之间的函数关系,将此函数关系用于分析轴承在径向载荷条件下滚子处于奇压和偶压状态下的径向位移。结果表明,随着径向载荷的增大,轴承径向位移变动量发生波动。
Based on the analysis of the rolling bearing vibration, this paper expounds that cylindrical roller bearing′s contact vibration and radial stiffness change exist essencical correlation under the fixed radial load condition, bearing′s radial stiffness with roller′s position change and change. With cylindrical roller bearing NU306ECP, for example, using ANSYS software to create the model of single roller in contact and calculate radial deformationin the allowable stress range with the radial load increasing. Using Matlab software for programming and polynomial fitting, this can get functional relationship between load and deformation. The function relationship is applied to analyze bearing′s radial displacement in the state of odd pressure and even pressure under the radial load condition. The results show that with the increasing of the load, bearing′s variation of radial displacement occur fluctuation.
