摘要
人类社会生产发展的不同阶段,社会生产技术水平不一,需要不同的职业教育。智能化时代,生产自动化、智能化,提高了劳动效率,也促使闲暇时间大量出现。同时,自动化生产对操作工人的技能要求减低,甚至趋向于零。因此,智能化时代的职业教育,不能仅仅停留在传授专业知识和技能,使人学会工作,还需要教人合理利用闲暇时间,学会闲暇。职业教育的内容也从重视技术教育和技能训练,转向技术教育和人文教育并重,并不断加强人文教育,保护工人的劳动能力,促进他们自由发展。
The different stages of the production development of human society need different vocational education because the social production technology level is different. In the era of intelligence, production automation and intelligence can improve labor efficiency, and they can also save us more leisure time. At the same time, the skills of the operators are reduced, or even tends to zero. Therefore, vocational education in the era of intelligence can't just stay in the process of delivering knowledges and skills,making people learn to work, but also needs to teach people to how to use their leisure time. The contents of vocational education are transferring from paying attention to the technical education and skills training to both technical and humanistic education, and continue to strengthen humanities education, protect workers labor ability and promote their free development.
