摘要
技校生的实习阶段是他们第一次真正跨入社会，他们本身的理论知识不够扎实，但他们有较强的动手操作能力，作为一位技校实习生首先要尽量了解社会的各种现象，还要了解企业对一线操作工人的具体要求，再来客观地认识自我，最终使自己在实习阶段实现适应社会，符合企业用人标准，为毕业后找到适合自己专业和个性发展的职业岗位打好基础。
The attachment phase of technical school students is their first real into the community, their theoretical knowledge is solid enough, but they have strong hands-on operational capability, first as a technical school intern to try to understand various phenomena in society, but alsoto understand the specific requirements of front-line operatives, again the objective self-under- standing, and eventually to adapt to society, in line with corporate employment standards in the attachment phase, to find a suitable career positions for their own professional and personal development to lay the foundation for after graduation.
