摘要
针对传统资产管理模式存在的问题,在资产管理初步实现电子化的基础上,对资产管理进行图文一体化表达,探索了将GIS的地理信息系统和可视化表达优势与MIS相融合,提出了建立基于GIS的资产管理信息化平台的构想,为资产管理信息化、可视化、智能化及人性化发展提供了参考。
The problems of the traditional assets management were investigated. Based on the first- stage electronization of assets management,the integrated expression of image- text was achieved. The advantages of geographic space analysis and visual expression of GIS were fused with MIS to propose an idea of establishing an information platform of assets management based on GIS. This idea can provide references to the development of information,visualization,intelligence and humanization of assets management of enterprise and public institutions.
