摘要
特色是航海高职院校竞争力的重要因素。源于上世纪90年代中期以"敬业精神、英语水平、实践技能"为核心表述的"特色"建设顺应了时代要求,推动了航海高职院校的发展。随着我国高职教育形势和国际航运市场的变化,航海高职院校已逐渐形成"共识"的特色已不能适应当前航海高职院校健康发展的需要。新时期各航海高职院校特色的锤炼应基于校企合作,各有千秋。
Characteristics is an important element for the competitive force of a vocational maritime higher institution. The characteristics of ＂work ethics, English level and practical skills＂ that were popular in the middle 90 s last century satisfied the requirements of the times and promoted the development of vocational maritime higher institutions. With the evolution of the education of vocational maritime education of China and that on the international shipping markets, the ＂common sense＂ characteristics of vocational maritime higher institutions are failing to meet the needs of healthy development of the present vocational maritime higher education. The formulation of h new era characteristics should be based on institution-enterprise cooperation to bring forth new characteristics.
