摘要
目的对78例牙体牙髓病患者经根管填充治疗后,分析其疗效。方法回顾性分析78例牙体牙髓病患者的临床资料。患者均经根管填充术治疗。分析患者的根管填充效果,和治疗后的疗效。结果术后,根管填充效果不同,患者的疗效也不一样,差异有统计学意义(x2=123.0;x2=131.0;x2=43.0;P<0.05)。其中,根管填充效果为适充的患者,其疗效达痊愈的比例更高,差异有统计学意义(x2=99.5,P<0.05)。结论根管填充中的适充法对于治疗牙体牙髓患者的疗效最佳。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of root canal filling in 78 cases of patients with tooth pulp disease. Methods It is a retrospective analysis about the clinical data of 78 cases of tooth pulp disease after root canal filling. Analysis of the root canal filling effect, and the clinical effect after treatment. Results Patients was with clinical effect after treatment（x2=123.0; x2=131.0; x2=43.0; P〈0.05）with different root canal filling effect. Among them, the better effect of root canal filling in optimal filling of patients, the higher percentage of recovery with clinical effect is （x2=99.5, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Proper root canal filling method for treating the patients with tooth puhp disease has a better clinical effect.
