摘要
目的分析不同程度根管填充治疗牙体牙髓患者的效果。方法随机选取该院在2010年11月—2013年11月收治的150例牙体牙髓患者,按照根管填充程度,将所有患者分为50例欠量填充组、50例超量填充组、50例适当填充组。结果欠量填充组患者治疗有效率为54%,超量填充组治疗效率为64%,适当填充组治疗有效率为94%,欠量填充、超量填充患者治疗效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而适当填充组患者治疗效率明显高于欠量填充、超量填充组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在不同程度根管填充治疗牙体牙髓患者中,适当填充治疗更为显著,帮助患者康复,减轻患者疼痛,具有较高的临床利用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of different degrees of root canal filling in the treatment of patients with en-dodontic disease. Methods 150 patients with endodontic disease admitted in our department from November 2010 to November 2013 were selected and divided into less filling group, excessive filling group and proper filling group with 50 cases in each in ac-cordance with the degrees of root canal filling. Results The response rate was 54%in the less filling group, 64%in the over filling group, 94% in the proper filling group, the difference in the response rate between the less filling group and the over filling group was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The response rate in the proper filling group was much higher than that in the less filling group and over filling group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with endodontic disease, proper filling treatment has more signifi-cant effect, which is conducive to the rehabilitation and alleviation of the pain with higher clinical value.
