摘要
目的探讨冠修复与根管同步治疗隐裂牙体牙髓病的效果.方法选择仪征市中医院口腔科2021年1月-2023年12月诊治隐裂牙体牙髓病患者120例,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组各60例,对照组与研究组分别予根管治疗后择期冠修复及根管治疗同期做冠修复,比较两组治疗效果,评估治疗前后的疼痛程度、牙功能改善情况.结果研究组治疗总有效率较对照组高,而冠修复前劈裂发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后3个月复查时患者疼痛发生率明显较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后研究组咀嚼效率(95.48±9.25)%、咬合力(137.45±13.64)Ibs较对照组高,而牙齿松动度(0.38±0.20)度、牙龈指数(0.42±0.22)分、出血指数(0.33±0.21)分则较对照组低(P<0.05).结论对隐裂牙体牙髓病予冠修复与根管同步治疗效果更佳,能减轻疼痛,改善牙功能.
Objective To explore the effect of crown restoration and root canal in the simultaneous treatment of cryptogenic cracked tooth endodontosis.Methods 120 patients with cryptogenic cracked tooth endodontosis were selected from January 2021 to December 2023 in the stomatology department of Yizheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were divided into two groups of 60 cases each by the method of randomised numerical table.The control group and the study group were given crown restoration after root canal treatment and crown restoration during the same period of root canal treatment respectively,so as to compare the treatment effect of the two groups,and to assess the degree of pain and the improvement of tooth function before and after the treatment.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the pain incidence rate of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the masticatory efficiency of the study group after treatment was(95.48±9.25)%,and the occlusal force was(137.45±13.64)Ibs,which was higher than that of the control group,and the degree of looseness of teeth(0.38±0.20)degrees,gingival index(0.42±0.22)points,and bleeding index(0.33±0.21)points,were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Crown restoration and root canal treatment are more effective to reduce the pain and improve the tooth function in case of cryptic fissured tooth endodontosis.
