环氧化酶-2抑制剂超前镇痛对骨科围手术期患者镇痛的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨环氧化酶-2抑制剂超前镇痛的疗效。方法:收集2013年3月~2014年5月我院骨科病房接受手术的患者作为本次研究对象,研究组50例和对照组50例,研究组接受环氧化酶-2抑制剂镇痛,对照组接受镇痛泵镇痛。比较1研究组和对照组术后1d、2d VAS疼痛评分。2研究组和对照组术后杜冷丁使用量。结果:1研究组和对照组术后1d、2d VAS疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。2研究组和对照组术后杜冷丁使用量分别为(23.5±8.5)mg、(24.1±7.3)mg,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:本次研究认为与镇痛泵相比,环氧化酶-2抑制剂对骨科围手术期患者超前镇痛效果肯定。 Objective:To investigate the effect of preemptive analgesia cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor. Methods:from 2013 March~2014 year in May in our hospital department of orthopedics ward surgery patients as the research object, 50 cases of the study group and 50 cases in the control group, the study group receiving cyclooxygenase -2 inhibitor analgesia, the control group received the analgesia pump. Comparison of①the study group and the control group after 1 days, 2 days VAS pain score.②the study group and the control group in postoperative pethidine dosage. Results: ①the study group and the control group after 1 days and 2 days VAS pain score difference was statistically significant (P>0.05). ② the study group and the use of pethidine after surgery in the control group were not statistically significant (23.5 ±8.5)mg、(24.1 ±7.3)mgdifference (P>0.05). Conclusion: This study suggests that compared with analgesia pump, cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor on perioperative preemptive analgesia effects that patients in Department of orthopedics.
