摘要
目的探讨综合治疗膝关节中重度骨性关节炎的疗效。方法分析经多种方法治疗中重度膝关节骨性关节炎41例52个膝关节患者的临床资料。结果全部病例随访3-24个月,优良率88.4%。结论多种方法用于中重度膝关节骨性关节炎的综合治疗,使膝关节的多种病理改变,生理功能得到改善,操作简单,安全有效,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of the multimodality treatment of moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. Methods The data of 41 patients （52 knee joints ） with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis were reviewed after a number of treatments. Results All cases were followed up for 3-24 months. Excellent and good rate were 88.4%. Conclusion Various methods were used for moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis in the combined treatment, so that a variety of pathological changes in knee and physiological functions were improved. Its operation is simple, safe, effective and worthy of clinical application.
