摘要
东亚经济社会共同发展与繁荣的重要基础是东亚文化共同体的构筑。尽管东亚地区经济关系日趋高度紧密,但其政治、社会、文化关系却未能与经济发展得到同步发展,"共同体文化共识"严重滞后于经济合作关系的发展是其重要原因之一,而且已经明显成为阻碍经济合作与发展的因素。"文化共识"的形成是构建东亚文化共同体进程中最为关键的一个环节,而人文交流将是重要的途径和条件。东亚共同体文化共识的构筑只有相互尊重、加强交流,并在此基础上通过所谓"优秀文化基因的重组"进程,才有可能达成"共识",并最终实现所谓"东亚共同体文化",推动东亚经济社会的共同发展与繁荣。这一文化共同体的发展进程在东亚地区似乎更令人关注:随着中国经济的迅速崛起而得以重新复兴的中华文化以及"韩流"文化的兴起等,都明确预示着东亚文化共同体将对整个东亚经济社会的发展和繁荣起到积极推动作用。
The important foundation of common development and prosperity of economic society in East Asian is the construction of East Asian Cultural Community. Although the economic relation in East Asia is increasingly and highly close, its political, social and cultural relation didn＇t get simultaneous development with economic development, ＂the Community Cultural Consensus＂ severely lags behind the development of economic cooperation is one of the important reasons, which has obviously become a factor hindering economic cooperation and development. The formation of ＂Cultural Consensus＂ is the most pivotal link in the process of building East Asian cultural community and cultural exchanges will be an important way and condition. East Asian cultural community＇s cultural consensus can be built only by mutual respect and strengthening exchanges and on this basis through the process of the so-called ＂restructuring excellent cultural gene＂, the so-called ＂Culture of East Asian Community＂ can be realized which will promote common development and prosperity. The common development process of this Cultural Community seems to be paid more attention by people： the resurgence of Chinese culture relying on the rapid rising of China＇s economy and the rise of ＂Korean Fashion＂ culture clearly indicate East Asian Cultural Community will play a positive and boosting role in the development and prosperity of the whole East Asian economical society.
