摘要
对汽车后备箱门内板的充液成形-局部冲压成形复合工艺过程进行了数值模拟,分析拉延筋高度、液室压力、压边间隙和初始反胀高度等工艺参数对板件的减薄率的影响,最终获得一组最优的工艺参数,并据此制作了样件,试验结果表明零件合格,验证了充液成形工艺及其数值模拟技术的可行性。
A numerical simulation on the compound technology process combining hydroforming and local stamping for the inner panel of trunk door is conducted to analyze the effects of drawbead height, cavity pressure, blankholder gap and initial pre-bulge height on the thinning rate of panel. According to the analysis, a set of optimal process parameters are obtained, based on which a sample panel is produced and qualified by test, verifying the feasibility of hydrofroming process and its numerical simulation technique.
