摘要
通过拉延筋基本单元模拟试验，对板料在筋内变形机理、压边力和筋的几何参数对拉延筋束力的影响规律、拉延筋约束力随模具包角变化的规律及板料拉过筋时的变形情况进行了研究，建立了柱延筋约束力计算模型。
model for calculating constraints of the drawing rib has been established by means of basic Linit simulation experiments on the drawing rib,by studies on the internal deformation of the rib of the plate material,on the effects of edge pressure and geometrical parameters of the rib on the constraints of drawing rib,on the law of constraint variation of the drawing rib with the changes of the wrap angle of the die set and on the deformation of the plate material due to over drawing of the rib.
