枸杞黄酮的纯化 被引量:3

摘要 比较了溶剂萃取法、重结晶法、树脂法富集产品除去杂质的作用,认为树脂法效果最好。确定HPD-100作为纯化枸杞黄酮的最佳树脂,静态吸附量为36.43 mg/g,静态解析量为24.01 mg/g,最佳上样浓度为0.6 m L/mg,上样流速为0.5 m L/min,选择95%的乙醇作为解析溶剂,解析流速为0.5 m L/min,枸杞黄酮回收率可达85.64%,醇沉后,总黄酮含量可达43.31%。 Compared with solvent extraction, recrystallization and resin method for enrichment to remove impurities worked better. With HPD-100 which was the best resin purification, wolfberry flavonoids static adsorption capacity was 36.43 mg/g, the amount of static resolution was 24.01 mg/g, the optimal sample concentration was 0.6 mL/mg, the sample flow rate was 0.5 mL/min. 95% ethanol concentration was selected as analytical solvents, analytical flow rate was 0.5 mL/min, the recovery rate was up to 85.64%,after alcohol precipitation, purity was 43.31%.
