摘要
矿产资源深部开采过程中,"三高"特征逐渐加剧,工程危害日趋严重;同时金属矿山尾砂、废石的排放量增多,尾矿库、废石堆场的安全环保问题日趋严重,废石尾砂胶结充填是解决矿山深部开采诸多问题的有效途径。废石尾砂充填开采可提高矿产资源的回采率,解决金属矿山的尾砂排放、废石堆放的安全环保问题,同时可减缓矿区地表的塌陷,从而可有效控制山区矿山地质灾害的发生,是现代采矿工业中"无费开采"的一项战略新技术。
During the deep mining of mine resource, the "Three High Characters" was gradually aggravated and the engineering harms became gradually serious. In the metal mines, the quantities of tailing and waste rock increase. And the problems of safety and environmental protection became gradually serious at the tailings pond and the waste rock dump. Waste rock-tailing backfilling is the effective way to solve many problems in the deep mining of metal mines. The waste rock and tailing filling technology can improve the recovery rate of mineral resource, solve the problems of tailings discharging and waste rock piling, alleviate the ground subsidence and effectively control the occurrence of geological disasters in mountainous areas of mines, and it is a new strategic technology during the modern mining industry "no fee mining".
