摘要
设计废石尾砂胶结充填工艺模型试验装置,依据采矿工艺、充填工艺原则及工程布置要求,制定废石尾砂胶结充填模型试验方案,运用形态测量及充填体横剖切割揭露等手段进行充填体模型质量评价,确定最佳充填工艺。结果表明,无论是废石均匀铺设还是废石锥形堆放下料方式,废石料与尾砂胶结料浆同步下料时,充填体胶结效果最佳。选择最适宜的充填工艺不仅能有效提高废石尾砂胶结充填体强度,而且能减少水泥用量,节约充填成本。
The model-experimental device of CRF is designed, and the experimental schemes of CRF are proposed according to the principles of the mining process and the backfill technology, and the requirements of the engineering arrangements. The quality of CRF model is estimated by using the means of the morphometry measurement and filling body exposed with the cross-section cutting, and the optimal backfill technology is determined. The results show that the optimal cemented quality of the backfilling body is achieved when the waste rock and tailings are synchronously dumpping, no matter which dumpping manner of the waste rock even laying or piling up is adopted. By using the feasible and optimal backfill technology, not only the compressive strength of cemented rock-tailings filling can be effectively improved, but also the cement dosage will be effectively decreased, so the backfill cost will be reduced.
