块石含量及形状对胶结充填体力学性能影响研究 被引量:2

Study on the Influence of Rock Block Proportion and Shape on the Mechanical Properties of Cemented Filling Body

摘要 为研究块石含量及形状对胶结充填体力学性能的影响,针对胶结充填体进行了不同块石含量和块石形状的对比试验。实验发现:在给定条件下,胶结充填体的峰值强度随含石量的增加先增后减;当含石量小于30%时,块石为废石的胶结充填体试样与块石为卵石的试样相比峰值强度略低;而当含石量大于30%时,块石为废石的试样峰值强度比块石为卵石的试样大。废石充填体黏聚力随含石量增加而下降,内摩擦角有增大趋势;卵石充填体黏聚力与废石充填体类似,但内摩擦角随含石量表现出先增后减趋势。结果表明:块石含量及形状对充填体抗压强度有影响,且含量小于30%时,废石对充填体抗压强度敏感,超过30%,卵石对充填体抗压强度敏感;块石含量对充填体黏聚力有抑制作用;当块石为废石时,块石含量对内摩擦角有促进作用,当块石为卵石时,块石含量存在最优值使得块石充填体内摩擦角最大。 In order to study the influence of rock block proportion and shape on the mechanical properties of cemented filling body, the contrast tests of different rock block proportions and shapes were conducted on cemented filling body. The tests found that the peak strength of cemented filling body decreased with the increase of rock block proportion in given conditions. When the rock block proportion was less than 30%, the peak strength of cemented filling body sample taking waste rock as the rock block was lower than that of the sample taking pebble as the rock block. However, when the rock block proportion was more than 30%, the magnitude of the peak strengths of above two samples was opposite. With the increase of rock block pro-portion, the cohesion of waste rock filling body decreased and the internal friction angle showed an increasing trend. Moreover, the cohesion of pebble filling body had a similar change with that of waste rock filling body, but the internal friction angle pres- ented an increasing first and then decreasing trend with the increase of rock block proportion. The results showed that the rock block proportion and the shape had an effect on the compressive strength of filling body. And when the rock block proportion was less than 30%, the waste rock had a sensitive effect on the compressive strength. But when the rock block proportion was more than 30%, the pebble was sensitive to the compressive strength. Besides, the rock block proportion had an inhibiting effect on the cohesion of filling body. When the waste rock was uaed as rock block, the rock block proportion promoted the {tic tion angle. When the pebble was used as rock block, the rock block proportion had an optimum value to receive a biggest fric- tion angle in filling body.
