压敏标签纸用高固含量丙烯酸酯压敏胶的研制

摘要 选用阴/非离子复合乳化剂,以过硫酸铵为引发剂、碳酸氢钠为缓冲剂、十二硫醇为链转移剂、EA、BA、2-EHA为软单体、MA为硬单体、AA、2-HEA为交联单体,采用种子乳液聚合工艺合成了固含量为62%-64%、黏度低于400 m Pa·s的乳液。研究了交联单体AA用量和引发剂用量对乳液性能和压敏胶性能的影响。在AA用量为0.5%-1.0%、引发剂用量为0.4%时,合成出的乳液黏度最低;引发剂用量为0.4%-0.6%、AA用量为1.5%-2.5%时,压敏胶性能最佳。 Using the anionic-nonionic compound emulsifier, ammonium persulfate as the initiator, sodium bicarbonate as the buffer, dodecyl mercaptan as the chain transfer agent, EA, BA and 2-EHA as the soft monomers, MA as the hard monomer, AA and 2-HEA as the crosslinking monomers, the acrylate emulsion with solid content of 62%-64%and viscosity of less than 400 mPa·s was synthesized by the seeded emulsion polymerization. The influence of the amount of crosslinking monomer AA and initiator on the performance of emulsion and PSA was investigated. When the accounts of AA and initiator were 0.5%-1.0%and 0.4%, respectively, the obtained emulsion had the lowest viscosity;when the amounts of initiator and AA were 0.4%-0.6%and 1.5%-2.5%, respectively, the PSA had the optimal performance.
