摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为原料,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂制备了五元共聚丙烯酸酯类压敏胶。考查了软单体组成、软硬单体配比、丙烯酸用量、丙烯酸羟丙酯加量、增粘树脂对压敏胶性能的影响。实验结果表明,当软单体m∶m=2∶1、软硬单体的质量比为2-EHABA6∶1、丙烯酸用量为5%、丙烯酸羟丙酯加量为8%、松香用量为5g时,压敏胶性能较佳。
In this paper, BA, 2-EHA, VAc, AA, HPA quinary-polymerization initiated by BPO for the synthesis of acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive in ethyl acetate solvent was studied. The effects of the composition of flexible monomers, the proportion of flexible monomers and rigid monomers, the contents ofAA, HPA and tackifying resin on the properties of pressure sensitive adhesive were investigated. The results indicated that when the weight ratio of 2-EHA to BA is 2 : 1, the weight ratio of flexible monomers to rigid monomers is 6 : 1, the amount of AA is 5% by weight, the amount of HPA is 8% by weight and the amount of rosin is 5 g, the PSA has good integrative performances.
