摘要
采用3种不同交联方式[如热交联、交联剂交联和UV(紫外光)交联等]对溶剂型丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶)进行改性,并对交联型PSA的初粘力、持粘力和180°剥离强度进行了测定与比较。研究结果表明:热交联型PSA的交联效率相对最大,当交联时间>10 min时,交联反应接近完全;交联剂交联型PSA的交联速率呈先慢后快态势,当交联时间>6 min时,PSA的各项粘接性能变化明显;UV交联型PSA的交联速率比较平缓,当交联时间<12 min时,PSA的各项粘接性能变化相对最小。
The solvent-based acrylate PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) was modified by three different crosslinking methods[such as thermal crosslinking, crosslink^r crosslinking and UV (ultraviolet) crosslinking], and the some properties (such as initial tack, holding tack and 180~ peeling strength) of crosslinking- PSA were tested and compared.
