摘要
通过Molish、Benidick、I-KI等颜色反应研究米糠多糖的理化性质,并运用NMR、HPLC、IR等现代分析手段对米糠多糖的单糖组成、分子量分布、理化性质进行了研究。结果表明米糠多糖中葡萄糖、木糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖的摩尔比为1.669∶1∶0.225∶1.228,分子量在4.878×105(±0.506%)范围的多糖含量为70.8%,分子量在9.802×104(±3.368%)范围的多糖含量为29.2%。
The physicochemical property of rice bran polysaccharide was studied by Molish,Benidick,I-KI color test, and he composition, molecular weight distribution were identified by NMR,HPLC,IR analysis methods. The results showed that the sugar molar composition ratio of glucose, xylose, galactose, arabia in rice bran polysaccharide was 1.669 : 1 : 0.225 : 1.228, and the polysaccharide molecular weight distribution of was 70.8 % in 4.878×10^5(±0.506 %), 29.2 % in 9.802×10^4(±3.368 %).
