摘要
利用Omax2626xp切割台进行不同压力下的纯水切割实验.采用SEM观察橡胶中微观组织结构,研究了橡胶在水射流作用下的断口形貌.对水射流切割废旧轮胎进行了形貌分析,利用断裂力学理论研究了微观断裂机理,分析其微观破坏机理,得出了橡胶材料微观损伤断裂的力学和物理过程.结果表明,实验结果与理论分析在测定压力范围内吻合较好.
Omax2626 xp cutting machine are used for water cutting experiment under different pressure, SEM are used to observe microstructure in the rubber, rubber was studied under the action of water jet in the fracture surface morphology, analysis of the micro failure mechanism, the rubber material is obtained microscopic damage mechanics and physics of fracture process. Results show that the experimental results and theoretical analysis in the determination of pressure range can fit, This paper gives morphologyanalysis on the water jet cutting of waste tire,and use the fracture mechanics theory to do the research of micro fracture mechanism.
