摘要
以Al2O3为载体,通过浸渍法负载金属Mo和Ni制备Mo/Ni/Al2O3负载型催化剂,并用该催化剂催化顺酐加氢制备琥珀酸酐。结果表明:载体以γ-Al2O3相态存在,且Ni特征衍射峰明显,负载加入的金属Mo高度分散在催化剂中;在催化反应中负载Mo的催化剂能明显提高顺酐的转化率和琥珀酸酐的选择性。在反应压力4.5 MPa、反应温度120℃、n(顺酐)∶n(γ-丁内酯)=2∶1和反应时间2 h的条件下,琥珀酸酐的收率能达到94%。
The catalysts of Al2O3 supported with metal Mo and Ni were investigated in hydrogenation of maleic anhydride. The catalysts characterized by XRD as well as the best supported amounts were used to select catalytic reaction parameters. The results indicated that the supported metal Mo was distributed inside catalytic system well which enhanced the conversion of maleic anhydride and selectivity of succinie anhydride obviously in the reaction. The yields of succinic anhydride could reach 94% under the reaction conditions: reaction pressure 4.5 MPa, reaction temperature 120 ℃, n(maleic anhydride):n(γ-butyrolactone)=2:1 and reaction time 2h.
