摘要
在常压固定床微反装置上研究了顺酐加氢催化剂XYF-5还原条件对反应结果的影响。结果表明,还原温度是影响催化剂活性的决定性因素,用氮气稀释氢浓度有利于还原温度的稳定。
XYF 5 catalyst for the synthesis of γ butyrolactone from maleic anhydride was studied.It was found that the reduction conditions of the catalyst exerted significant influence on its activity,the essential factor affecting the catalytic activity was the reduction temperature,N 2 would be beneficial for the stability of reduction temperature and higher temperature would cut reduction time short.
