摘要
利用XRD、TPR和固定床反应装置对CuO/ZnO/Al2O3低变催化剂还原过程进行了深入考察。结果表明,还原终止温度对还原后Cu的状态和催化剂活性起决定性作用,提高温度和还原气浓度可缩短还原时间;H2/N2的还原效果最好。同时发现还原反应存在着诱导期现象。
The reduction process of a CuO/ZnO/Al 2O 3 catalyst for low temperature water gas shift reaction was studied by XRD, TPR, etc. in a fixed bed reactor. It was found that the final temperature of reduction reaction exerted significant influence on the activity and Cu state of the catalyst. By increasing the temperature and concentration of the reductive gas, reduction time would become shorter. It was also shown that H 2/N 2 is the best reductive gas for reduction of the catalyst.
