摘要
研究了ASA施胶剂的合成工艺。确定了不同反应温度和反应时间,对产品质量的影响,合成工艺条件为: 反应温度210℃,反应时间3-4h。通过对实验室工艺的研究,获得了一种可用于合成ASA施胶剂的原料,碳数分布合理,价格低廉。
Alkenyl succinic anhydride ( ASA) was synthesized by reaction of alkene oligomer with maleic anhydride at 210 ℃ for 3 -4 h. Based on laboratory test,a new material that can be used in the production of ASA is obtained; this material is cheap and with suitable distribution of carbon number.
