摘要
为落实好高校专业技术职务自主聘任工作,从分析高校专业技术职务评聘制度的沿革、高校专业技术职务聘任制改革入手,在专业技术职务自主聘任的实践进程中,围绕自主聘任工作中的岗位设置要合理、聘任方案要科学、聘任程序要规范、聘任纪律要严肃等关键环节进行阐述。
In order to ensure that the work of autonomous evaluation and appointment of professional and technical posts is well implemented, after analyzing the valuation of appointment system in colleges and universities and the reform on the professional and technical posts, this paper discusses the main issues during the course of the practice of the autonomous evaluation that the post should be set reasonably, the scheme should be made scientifically, the procedure should be worked normatively, and the evaluation and appointment should be disciplined strictly.
