摘要
文章通过对高校教师聘任制度改革制约因素以及改革可能性的分析,提出了教师聘任制度改革的基本思路,并对国家在政策层面上提出了建议。
This paper analyzes the restricting factors of faculty recruitment and appointment system reform in higher institutions, expounds the reform feasibility, and puts forward somme basic countermeasures and also some proposals from a perspective of national policy.
