摘要
在政府采购模式下对供应商进行信用管理可以一定程度地遏制供应商的失信行为,而构建相应的评价指标体系则是信用管理的首要工作。文章分析了供应商失信现象的成因,探讨了构建高校图书馆供应商信用评价指标体系的基本要求和思路,并给出了相应的指标体系。
