摘要
全国统一个人信用数据库的正式运行,大大推进了社会信用体系的建设。作为社会信用体系的组成部分,高校图书馆读者信用体系的构建也迫在眉睫。文章对图书馆内读者失信表象、失信因素及读者信用体系构建进行了阐述。
The operation of unified credit database in China greatly pushes the social credit systems forward. As a part of the social credit system, the construction of reader credit system in university libraries is extremely urgent. The article discusses the presentations, and the factors for the readers breaking the promises with the library, and expounds the construction of the reader credit system in university and college libraries.
