摘要
混凝土试件的制备,在混凝土科技研究中占有重要地位。以满足科研领域不同小尺度试件制备的需要,对自动制备系统进行了研究。在分析混凝土制备流程的基础上,对混凝土试件自动制备系统的功能进行了划分,构建了自动制备系统的部件与总体模型,利用更换模具的方式实现不同尺度试件的制备。通过对混凝土试件自动制备系统的研究,提高了土木工程混凝土试件制备的精准性与效率,为混凝土材料的研究提供帮助和支撑。
The preparation of concrete specimen occupies an important position in the concrete technology research.The automatic prep-aration system was studied in order to meet the different needs of small scale specimen preparation in the research field.On the basis of analyzing the concrete preparation process,the function of concrete specimen automatic preparation system was divided,the overall and part model was constructed,different scale specimen preparation was achieved by changing mould.Based on the research of the concrete specimen preparation system,the precision and efficiency of the civil engineering concrete specimen preparation is improved,to provide help and support to the research of concrete material.
