摘要
绿色高性能纤维增强水泥基复合材料(Green High Performance Fiber Reinforced Cementitious Composites,GHPFRCC)是通过对ECC(Engineered Cementitious Composite,ECC)材料的配合比进行正交试验设计改良而获得的一种新型绿色建筑材料。介绍GHPFRCC的正交试验设计方法、制备流程、流动度、保水性能等。试验结果表明:正交试验设计方法在获得典型配合比的同时可显著减少试验次数,节约人力、物力;所选定的GHPFRCC制备流程能获得较好工作性能;水灰比对GHPFRCC流动度影响最大,且水灰比越大,流动度越小;水灰比和减水剂的掺量对GHPFRCC保水性影响较大,合理设置水灰比及减水剂掺量有利于改善GHPFRCC保水性。
Green high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composites(GHPFRCC ) is a new green high performance cement-based composite material.It comes from the orthogonal ratio experiment design of mixing the fiber in engineered cementitious composite(ECC ). This paper introduced the orthogonal experiment design method,the preparation process,the fluidity and the water retention property of GHPFRCC, etc.The results show that the orthogonal experiment design method can significantly reduce the test times, save manpower and material resources ;the designed preparation process of GHPFRCC can get a good performance ;Water-cement ratio have the greatest influence on the fluidity speed, and higher the water/cement ratio, smaller the fluidity;water-cement ratio and the dosage of water reducing agent have large influence on the water retention property of GHPFRCC, and the reasonable value of the water-cement ratio and dosage of water reducing agent is helpful to improve the water retention of GHPFRCC.
