摘要
将RFID射频芯片植入砂浆或混凝土试块,利用RFID技术和物联网思想实现试块的制作、养护、送检及抗压强度检测等全过程的追踪和动态监管;将RFID技术应用于压力试验机,可实现试块的上料、读取RFID芯片信息、试验、下料等全过程自动连续完成。在全自动抗压强度检测系统中引入智能机器人对完善工程质量检测的自动化和智能化具有积极意义。
The RFID RF chip is inserted into the mortar or concrete test block, and the RFID technology and lOT thought are used in the dynamic tracking and supervision to achieve the whole process of making, maintenance, inspection and compressive test of the sample. Combining with RFID, the pressure testing machine could automatically achieve the whole process of feeding, reading RFID chip information, testing of the sample. The introducing of the intelligent robot has positive implications for improving the automation and intelligence of engineering quality testing.
