摘要
【目的】调查研究夏秋季新兵集训期心理健康状况。【方法】运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对360名新兵进行心理调查。【结果】新兵在人际关系敏感、焦虑及恐怖因子上得分高于军人常模,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);学历不同的新兵在人际关系敏感、焦虑及恐怖因子上得分不同与界值F(2,334)比较P<0.05;是否独生影响新兵在人际关系敏感、焦虑及恐怖因子上得分与界值F(1,334)比较,P<0.01;高中学历独生子女新兵在人际关系敏感、焦虑及恐怖上得分均高于其它特点新兵,且与常模相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);大学学历非独生子女新兵在人际关系敏感、焦虑及恐怖上得分均低于其它特点新兵,且与常模相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】新兵集训期间,出现的心理问题主要有人际关系敏感、焦虑及恐怖,高中学历独生子女新兵是集训期心理重点关注对象。
[Objective] To investigate the mental health state of recruits in summer and autumn during recruit training session. [ Methods ] Mental health state of 360 recruits was investigated with the questionnaire of Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. [ Results] The scores of recruits on interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and fear were higher than those of serviceman norms and the difference between them had a statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The scores of recruits with various education background were different on factors of interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and fear （F（2,334）, P〈0.05）. The scores of recruits from one-child family were also different on factors of interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and fear （F（1,334）, P〈0.01）. The scores of recruits from only one-child family with high school education background were higher than those of other recruits on factors of interpersonal sensitivity ,anxiety and fear, and had statistical difference with those of norms （P〈0.01）. Soldiers from non-only child family with college education background got lower scores on factors of interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and fear than others, and had a significant difference with the norms （P〈0.01）. [ Conclusion ] Interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and fear are the main mental health problems of recruits during their training session and recruits from only one-child family with high school education background should primarly be focused on.
