摘要
持续推进的法治中国建设和不断深入落实的"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"为我国法律硕士教育明确了培养目标。当前法律硕士的培养质量难以满足社会对高层次、高素质、复合型、应用型法律人才的需求。本文从法治中国建设对法律人才需求的视角对法律硕士培养模式进行审视和反思,提出明确培养目标、完善培养方案,建立法律职业的目标导向,以司法实践能力的提高破解"三脱节"现象,塑造法律职业人格等优化策略,以构建既可满足社会对法律人才的需求,又能突出个体专长,并且适应职业取向的高层次法律人才培养模式。
This paper talks about the Juris Master＇s training mode from the perspective of the con- struction of the Chinese law＇s demands for legal talents. Then it puts forward some suggestions which includes clearing training objectives, improving training programs, establishing a legal career goal--oriented, improving judicial practice ability to break the ＂three out of touch＂ phenomenon, shaping Personality of the legal profession in order to building a new training mode of juris master which can meet the society＇s demands for legal talents, outstand individual expertise, and adapt to high--level legal career.
