摘要
针对500 kV输电线路L串绝缘子串荷载情况较特殊,带电更换L串绝缘子串需要设计专门的工具,但是目前可用的工具又很少,并且多是利用横担上预留施工孔进行辅助作业,缺乏通用性,在500 kV线路其他塔型上并不适用等问题,研发了一种通用性强的、重量轻,可用于带电更换500 kV线路L串绝缘子成套工具。新型绝缘子卡具,均采用了铝合金材料,它具有强度高,质量轻,安全可靠等特点,成套均通过了相应电气与机械试验,符合相关标准规定,能够满足500 kV线路上开展带电更换绝缘子作业的要求。
Aiming at the special condition of load analysis and too few professional tools used to live replacing insulator string of L type on 500 kV transmission line, professional tools is in need. At the same time, most of the tools need to use the reserved hole, which other towers do not own this part, which lead to the lack of generality of tools. In order to resolve these problems, new tools with generality and light-weight are researched and developed. According to the parameter design, new tools are finished and successfully applied in Hunan, which further proves the practicability of the tools.
