摘要
本文介绍了输电线路带电作业现状中绝缘平梯使用的局限性以及研制绝缘转位滑梯的必要性。通过绝缘转位滑梯研制,对其进行结构设计、受力分析、试验测试,并最终得以成功应用。该装置的研制解决了绝缘平梯拆装繁琐、安全距离和组合间隙难以保持稳定的问题,减少了作业人员劳动强度,提高了作业的安全性。
This paper states the necessity of developing insulating transposition slide and the limitations of insulating flat ladder available for live working on transmission line at current situation. The insulating transposition slide is developed by stress analysis,structural design,testing and finally application,which solves the difficulty of insulating flat ladder's assembly and disassembly and the problem of maintaining safe distance and combined gap stably,reduces labor intensity and improves operation safety.
