摘要
为了提高±800 kV直流输电线路运维水平,在500 kV输电线路检修方法和工具的基础上,结合运行经验及±800 kV普侨直流线结构特点,对±800 kV直流线路L型绝缘子串带电更换方法的可行性进行了探讨,并完成了相应检修工具的研制。研制的新工具符合相关标准规定,能够满足现场带电更换±800 kV直流线路L型绝缘子串作业的需要。该新工具应用于现场检修工作中,有效地减轻作业人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
In order to improve the operation & maintenance level of ±800 kV HVDC transmission line, the feasibility of live line replacement method of L type insulator string in ±800 kV HVDC transmission line is discussed and the development of corresponding maintenance tools are finished based on maintenance methods and tools of ± 500 kV transmission line and combining with operation experiences and structure characteristics of ±800 kV Pu-qiao HVDC transmission line. The new developed tool meets regulations of relevant standards, and can satisfy field requirements of live line replacement work of L type insulator string in ± 800 kV HVDC transmission line. The application of new tools in field maintenance work can effectively reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve the work efficiency..
