摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的发展以及行政体制的改革,我国基层公务员正面临着较为严重的压力,继而形成了职业倦怠现象。职业倦怠是情绪耗竭的症状,将对公务员的生活、工作带来消极影响,进而会使政府的行政效率降低,影响政府构建良好的政府形象。造成基层公务员的职业倦怠现象的原因主要来自于社会、组织、个体三个方面,因此,要破除公务员职业倦怠症状,社会需要构建良好的支持网络,政府部门要优化自身体制建设,公务员自身也要树立良好的价值观。
The employees in the local government of China have been faced with great pressure coming with the development of market economy and reform of administrative system, which eventually leads to job burnout. Job burnout, characterized by exhaustion, is believed to have negative impact on government employee’s life and work. Fur-thermore, it may undermine the work efficiency and image of the government. The paper argues that job burnout of lo-cal government employees is caused by society, organization and individuals. Thus, as a response, we need to establish sound supportive network, optimize the administrative system and help employees establish good value.
