摘要
目的探讨张仲景之方治疗甲状腺功能减退的相关表现。方法以肾气丸、五苓散、真武汤三方为例从肾阳虚论治甲状腺功能减退,通过实验结果和名家临床经验的结果探讨经方治疗效果。结果各方均取得不错效果,结合西药效果更为显著。结论中医经方治疗相对单纯西药治疗优势明显,为临床治疗甲状腺功能减退提供治疗方法与思路。
Objective To investigate the relative performance of thyroid function of Zhang Zhongjing＇s prescription on the treatment of hypothyroidism. Methods Using the Shenqi pill, Wuling powder and Zhenwu decoction on the treatment of hypothyroidism from kidney yang deficiency, through the experiment results and the famous clinical experience, we discussed the treatment effect of the classical pre-scription. Results Each prescription had good effect, and the effect was more significant if combined with Western medicine. Conclusion The classic prescription of TCM treatment had obvious advantages over individual effect of Eestern medicine, and provided a method on the treatment of hypothyroidism in clinic.
