摘要
目的观察补元胶囊加优甲乐治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减低(桥本甲减)的临床疗效。方法 138例符合诊断标准的桥本甲减患者随机分为两组,治疗组(70例)采用补元胶囊联合优甲乐治疗,对照组(68例)只给予优甲乐;疗程均为2个月;观察两组患者治疗前后甲状腺激素水平及抗体变化、临床症状体征积分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率94.3%,对照组总有效率80.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在改善患者中医症状体征积分、甲状腺激素水平、甲状腺抗体方面优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中药补元胶囊治疗桥本甲减疗效肯定,中西医结合治疗优势明显。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buyuan Capsule （Herbal capsule for tonification） and euthyrox on Hashimoto＇s hypothyroidism. Methods Totally 138 patients who consistent with the diagnostic standard of dysfunctional Hashimoto＇s thyroditis were randomized into two groups. The treatment group, 70 cases, was treated with Buyuan capsule and euthy- rox, and the control group, 68 cases, was only given euthyrox. The level of thyroid hormone, thyroid antibody, and symptoms scores were assessed before and two months after treatment in both groups. Results Total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.3%, and 80. 9% in the control group. A statistical difference existed between two groups （P^0.05）. All of the observation items in the treatment group, such as the symptoms score,level of thyroid hormone, thyroid antibody, were better than those in the control group （P^0. 05）. Conclusion Satisfactory outcome is acquired in using Buyuan capsule in the treatment of dysfunctional Hashimoto＇s thyroditis, with an advantage in combination of Chinese herbal medicine and western drug.
