摘要
目的观察甲状腺机能减退患者开展针灸治疗的临床效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法选择我院2016年7月~2018年12月收治的80例甲状腺机能减退患者为本次研究对象,采用EpiInfo 2000版进行随机分组,对照组40例给予常规西药治疗,观察组40例在对照组基础上给予针灸治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果及治疗前后中医症状评分。结果中医症状评分:治疗前两组患者中医症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组症状积分明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,与对照组的70.00%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺机能减退患者开展针灸治疗可有效提升患者临床治疗效果,改善中医症状评分,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of patients with hypothyroidism to evaluate its clinical application value.Methods 80 patients with hypothyroidism who were admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.According to 2000 edition of EpiInfo,they were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine while 40 patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on basis of the control group.Clinical curative effects and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results TCM symptom scores:There was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of symptoms in the observation group were significantly improved after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.50%in the observation group and 70.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of patients with hypothyroidism can effectively improve the clinical curative effects of patients and improve TCM symptom scores,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
