摘要
继续医学教育是儿科医学教育体系的重要组成部分，是广大儿科医生主动适应儿科临床需求、全面提升职业素质、实现终身教育和职业发展的一项基本医学教育制度。从分析目前儿科医疗存在的问题入手，阐述儿科继续医学教育的重要性，建立健全继续医学教育规章制度，开展多种形式的继续教育形式，达到提高儿科卫生队伍素质和医疗水平，推动儿科事业发展。
Continuing medical education （ CME ） is an important part of the pediatric medical education system, vast number of pediatric health professionals working actively adapt to demand for health services, to enhance the professional quality, lifelong education and professional development to achieve a basic pediatric medical education system. By analyzing the cause of the current problems in pediatric medicine, we try to explain the importance of pediatric CME. It is necessary to establish and improve rules and regulations of CME, perform various continuing education forms, thus improving the quality of pediatric health teams and health services to promote pediatric career development.
